BIGG Regeneration, a joint venture between Scottish Canals and PfP Capital, has acquired 10 acres of land from Scottish Canals for residential development at Dundashill, Glasgow.
As part of the deal, BIGG has sold the adjacent 100 Borron Street and industrial trading estate, Payne Street to Scottish Canals, in what marks an exciting next phase for this emerging neighbourhood.
