The York-based association announced today (March 13th) the formal launch of PfP Capital, which will invest in UK private rented sector (PRS) properties.
The fund will acquire 1,379 residential units from Places for People, which are valued at around £150m
The PfP Capital PRS Fund is aiming to invest a further £150m in acquiring similar properties to grow its portfolio of PRS assets to more than £300m in the short to medium term.
PfP Capital, a semi-open ended fund, has been registered with the Financial Conduct Authority.
