Accessibility Statement

Putting people first is at the heart of the Thriving Investments approach. Whether you’re a colleague or client we want you have a great experience.

We want to be as inclusive as possible as a company and consider accessibility a priority. We do this by making sure we meet the requirement of Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards.

Our website aims to comply with the WCAG version 2.1 AA standard and also meets some criteria for AAA. We have tested the website amongst diverse user groups, including colleagues, customers, and those who are disabled or have access needs.

"Accessibility means more than putting things online. It means making your content and design clear and simple enough so that most people can use it without needing to adapt it, while supporting those who do need to adapt things." - Understanding accessibility requirements for public sector bodies, GOV.UK

We feel it is important to write in simple language, and to provide information that is useful to users. We try to use plain language and break text up where possible to make it easier and quicker to read. If there is anything you do not understand or if you require any further help please contact us.

There are videos on the site that are hosted on YouTube, which provides functionality for auto-generated captions in multiple languages.
