Co-founder Chris has 23 years real estate finance experience in tax, treasury and financial management. As a director of Places for People he established the first unsecured European Medium Term Note Programme by a registered provider of social housing and led the treasury team in its entry to the retail bond market, issuing £180m of retail bonds.
Co-founder Tim qualified as an accountant in 1987. He has 22 years’ experience in the private rented sector, first with Johnson Fry Property, then with Pinnacle. Tim set up Touchstone in 2000, growing it significantly (both organically and through acquisition) and managing its sale to Places for People in 2012. Tim will take primary responsibility for the PRS fund.
Rebecca trained as a chartered surveyor with Strutt & Parker and joins us from Grainger Plc where she was Head of Grainger Trust, the UK’s largest private sub-market housing company. She had responsibility for the strategic direction of the business, with a specific focus on investment.
Mark has 19 years’ residential development. At Places for People he was responsible for the asset management of the group’s national PRS portfolio, overseeing its growth from 900 to over 3,500 units. Mark was also instrumental in securing the first phase of the innovative Manchester Housing Investment Fund.
John is a compliance professional with legal and regulatory experience gained at BNY Mellon, The Irish Stock Exchange and North Asset Management LLP where he implemented the firms’ compliance framework alongside negotiating, reviewing and agreeing counterparty trading relationships.
